Disinfection and Sterilization of STALEKS EXPERT 50 TYPE 3 Cuticle Scissors
After use, immerse the instrument in a disinfectant solution, strictly following the instructions provided with the selected disinfectant. For professional use, choose a disinfectant suitable for treating manicure instruments and effective against relevant viruses, hepatitis B and C, and fungal infections.
Rinse the instrument with water to remove any remaining solution and dry it completely.
Sterilize using one of the following methods:
Steam sterilization in an autoclave: 132°C for 20 minutes or 120°C for 45 minutes
Dry heat sterilization: 180°C for 60 minutes or 160°C for 150 minutes
Leave the instrument in the autoclave or dry heat sterilizer until completely cooled for at least one hour. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Cutting Quality Check
Check the cutting quality using a thin film or tissue.
The test material should be smooth and stretched.
The scissors should cut softly, easily and evenly without pulling or catching the material.
If the scissors catch the material or produce an uneven cut, professional sharpening is required.
Storage conditions: Store in a dry place out of reach of children, preferably in a protective case or sterilization pouch, with the blades pointing upwards.
Shelf life: Unlimited when the recommended operating, storage and transportation conditions are followed.
