Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (all beauty goods, all cosmetic’s and all manicure/pedicure tools). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- The buyer, who is a consumer who has entered into a sales contract, may withdraw from it without giving reasons within 14 days.

The term of withdrawal from the contract of sale starts from the moment when the buyer accepts the holder from a third party other than the supplier, or in the case of a contract that contains many goods delivered separately, in batches or in parts, from the moment of taking ownership of latest item or details.
The buyer may withdraw from the contract of sale by sending a respective application to the seller. This declaration can be made, for example, in writing to the address of the Seller, by e-mail to the address of the Seller. The application can be submitted in the form developed by the seller on the store's website at the following address: Form of termination of the contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the application before the expiration date.
- In case of withdrawal from the contract of sale, it is considered invalid.
- If the consumer has submitted an application for withdrawal from the sales contract before the seller has accepted his offer, the offer becomes non-binding.
- The Seller is obliged immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the Application for withdrawal from the contract of sale to the Consumer, to return all payments made by him, including the costs of delivering the goods to the Consumer. The Seller may withhold the refund of payments received from the User until the Goods are received back or the User receives confirmation that the Goods have been shipped, whichever occurs first.
- If the User, by exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, has chosen a delivery method for the Goods other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Supplier for additional costs blown away.
- The user must return the goods to the seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the sales contract. To meet the deadline, it is enough to return the goods to the seller's address before the deadline.
- In the event of termination of the contract, the Customer, who is a Consumer, bears only the direct costs of returning the Goods.
- If, due to its nature, the return of goods by regular mail is not possible, the seller informs the user about the cost of returning the goods on the store's website.
- The user is responsible for the reduction in the value of the Product as a result of its use in a way that is beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functioning of the Product.
- The seller returns the payment in the same way that the consumer used, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to another method of return that does not represent any costs for him.
- The right to withdraw from the contract of sale is not granted to the buyer, who is a consumer, in connection with contracts under which the goods are delivered in a sealed package, which is not subject to return after opening the package for hygienic reasons. if the package has been opened after delivery.
If the package was sent and not received by the costumer
When placing an order, you indicate your phone number and email, to which (if they were specified correctly and correctly) you will receive notifications about delivery and arrival at your destination. The information is downloaded automatically based on what you specified during delivery information.
We also suffer a loss of 75% of the cost of regular delivery for returning an undelivered parcel.
With all of the above nuances, if the order has not been received, this is the customer’s responsibility and the delivery cost will not be reimbursed upon return or re-order.
